39C3 - SMD Soldering Practice Kit

New to surface-mount soldering? This practice kit is designed to help you learn without stress. Solder components from big, forgiving 1206 parts all the way down to tiny 0402s, all on one board.

The center of the PCB features a ring of chasing LEDs and four blinking LEDs that come to life when you apply any 3–12V power source. If it lights up, you did it right!

Extra columns of resistors and capacitors are included just for practice they aren’t needed for the circuit to work so you can reflow, rework, and experiment without worry.

Perfect as a warm-up before tackling a more expensive or mission-critical kit.
